Artist's Comments
This is the second version of Michelle's tattoo, but is still enhanced to show cherry blossoms leaping off the back.
Unknowingly this became one of my most popular images, my friend Michelle asked me to take the image of new tattoo and do something with it. The original image quality made the work even more challenging. I began by removing a lot of the rgb noise and softening things up a bit, then I added some artificial light which enhanced curves of the body. The next challenge was cutting out the tattoo and enhancing without losing detail, so I decided to cut out and make it pop out as if 3D. Lastly, cut some of the pedals to make them appear like they are peeling off the back and blowing in the wind. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
